Two telephone interviews. Nothing technical in either of them.
First focused on me as a person, what made me tick what I liked doing, why did I study my degree and why do I want to work at MS or in the sector. Second same thing but asked more about experiences making me a good candidate.

Describe an analytical project you recently carried out.
I had to input my cv there was no interview for this specific application process which was very easy to complete. I heard back from them a few months later.
One Assessnent Centre at the end of spring week (the morning of the last day). It includes one 3 or 4 people group discussion, two competency interviews, one technical interview.

Online application (CV and cover letter), then psychometric test, then HireVue then phone interview. HireVue is 7 questions, each 1 minute 30 seconds to answer and given 30 seconds to prepare beforehand
