I applied through college or university.First round was the quantitative exam. Second round as phone interview. For the interview was selected out of the written quant exam. Process took around three weeks.

Had a phone interview from Strats and Modeling group. It was with Securitized Products Group. Questions consisted of basic bond math,some simple brain teasers
First round online hackerrank test and verbal reasoning. The technical one includes math and coding test, medium level difficulty. Math problems involve questions like linear algebra, basic probability and statistics.
Contacted by HR, 4 rounds in total. 1st round was CV and basic statistics/coding in python. 2nd round was related to martingale/stochastics.3rd round was on SQL and puzzle. 4th was fit check with India head.

It was a two step process. First a phone call with HR and then a Zoom interveiw with the team. Everything was done remotely, and they were responsive and fast.
