I was referred by someone in a different department whom I'd spoken to about a position that had been filled. He liked me enough to refer me on to another group despite the lack of openings in his own group. I then had in-person interviews with three people; a lower-level staffer who would have been my direct manager, the head of the group, and the head of the department.

How would you get the attention and buy-in of senior-level executives who really had no interest in supporting your project?
Easy because interviewer was asking me relevant questions according to my expertise. She is from new York office and she wanted someone who can handle risk between middle to back office.

Extremely easygoing. Nothing to be panicked about. Go in thinking of interview as a conversation between potential colleagues. It was extremely casual. Don’t be nervous…… also keep asking questions if you have any about company’s culture
First interview was an online digital questionnaire. Consisted of the three questions on Hirevure and was pretty straightforward. Are able to practice beforehand and see sample questions you my be asked.
