Colloquio
The first stage of the application process is to complete the application form online and online assessment. The online assessment consisted of a situational judgement test and deductive reasoning test. The next stage is a telephone interview with a member of the recruitment team at the company. The final stage is the assessment center. At the assessment center, the day was split into two sections; group activity and interview. The activity consisted of a team of four discussing which items should be bought with the limited budget. The aim is to get as many of your own items onto the list. Thus, it signified your ability to persuade others whilst remaining calm and collected. Further to this, the interview consisted of quick-fire competency-based questions. At the end of the interview, you are given a technical question; usually to do with applying any code that you know to a scenario.
Interviewed in January 2021 for the intern programme that Spring. Had one telephone interviews and a virtual assessment centre, which consisted of a technical technical interview and a competency interview.

Colloquio
Smooth, telephone interview. HR was quite to process my application online, and then it took a week and a half to notify that there will be a telephone interview. You get to choose the interview time you want.

2 interviews (technical and competency) and group exercise. Fairly easy, knowledge of OOP not required and if you get stuck you are guided through the answers. This was after a phone interview with HR with predominantly strengths based questions.
