First round was machine round in JavaScript and Angular Second round is zoom video call on Javascript concept. Interviewer was very supportive. Third round was again zoom technical. Again interviewer was really nice and helpful. It was more into algorithm and JavaScript concept. Fourth round was looks like project fitment. Instead of asking questions on JavaScript or angular, they asked questions related to devops, kubernates, cluster, load balancing, unix commands, deployment. I have applied for UI position, but they more deep dive into devops. And asked me if i can work on .net and java also. Hey, i have applied for UI position, then why devops, java, .net????? Well this time as well, both interviewer were also so nice and keep session enjoyable. I gave all questions at my best because interviewer were supportive. But day after, i got email for rejection. I am wondering, where I have missed in UI skill in which I have applied for. I have cleared 3 UI interview rounds but people will call it unfortunate. I have shared this experience to my friend, he also tell me similar like of story of MS. I have already applied few years back and after 7 rounds, I have really performed well in last round but I got rejected. If rejection happen in last round, mean all previous rounds are just for namesake? I really feel very bad end. I can understand they hire best candidate among position, but it is very demoralised. At the end, I don't have hard feelings against, but what about candidate effort???
