Cv and cover letter as well tests then video interview then telephone interview which included a case study. No hirevue which is a positive for the spring position in comparison to other firms.
I found it was a typical process that was realtively easy to navigate asking basic questions. It is all the expected interview questions about the company itself, the role and market awareness.

The best way to describe the interviewers is phlegmatic. Barely any emotion from them. I had two interviews with the same two interviewers. One of the interviews was strengths-based and the other interview was a technical based interview.
