Straight forward. First round is with HR and the second round is with a banker. A mix of behavioural and technical. A small case study, but does not involve any calculations or analysing, only business acumen.
I found it was a typical process that was realtively easy to navigate asking basic questions. It is all the expected interview questions about the company itself, the role and market awareness.

The best way to describe the interviewers is phlegmatic. Barely any emotion from them. I had two interviews with the same two interviewers. One of the interviews was strengths-based and the other interview was a technical based interview.
