Was good in terms of interviewer's attitude and line of questioning, kept a calm environment rather than pressurizing the candidate. Focus was on knowing the candidate better and matching the expected profile.

I had a referral, so I didn't have to fill out any tests. I had 2 phone screening one with HR (motivation what do i know about the company etc...) and one with finance professional (basic accounting and excel questions), after that i had a face to face meeting with 2 managers (others might had more). Be careful they will lie to you regarding the home office and the flexible working hours, and about your job/position as well, also they wont mention any difficulties/changeless. If you have a referral HR can be fast i had an offer within 4 weeks.
