Applied the job posting online. HR contacted for general questions and scheduled a phone interview with the manager. Phone interviewed for an hour for general and technical questions. If feedback is good, then they would schedule a physical interview about 2 times. Everything will go through the HR person.

Got call for interview and was good from interview perspective but not more technical question and still waiting for the feedback. Have asked few less question on technical side most of them are related to why this job and why specific location why not other location etc

Colloquio
I received an e-mail and confirmation call on arranging a time for a phone interview. The process was quick and HR allocated a senior APAC manager for my interview.
The first part of the phone interview was the basic; going through my resume, asking questions about myself and why choosing to apply for the company.
The second part of the interview (which I found difficult) was answering several problem-solving questions and personality tests on how I deal with conflict at work. The prolem-solving questions were hard to understand due to communicating over the phone and I didn't have much time to think through my answers.

It is your first week on the job. You arrive at work before your supervisors/manager. A banker on the trading floor explains that his system isn't working and is requesting you to solve the issue. You currently do not know how to solve this problem (as you are new), how would you handle this situation?
