Applied this position through my university career web site. Had a phone interview with MS HR staff. The whole interview took place for around 30 mins. First walked through my resume and then asked for some brain teaser questions. Maybe I was not answer these brain teaser questions very well, so got rejected by MS.

For the first round I was given a 60 minute online assessment that had questions on math (there was a lot of probability and calculus), finance, financial math and programming.

Second round: Phone interview talk about resume and one SQL question
Third round: onsite interview. Three rounds. Topics from CS, math, fin math.
