1/ Apply online
2/ Online numerical test
3/ Phone interview: basically ask you competency questions and go through your CV.
4/ Assessment centre:
- Group exercise: make a choice about technology solution to be used in a project.
- Interview: competency questions (again) and then technical questions, mostly about object-oriented programming.
