Some previous interviewers said the SD consists 5 or more rounds on different aspects including technical knowledge, interpersonal communication skill, group player capability etc. I am now preparing for the SD, so far offer response unknown.

Initial CV screening which is then followed by a phone call. If you are accepted you must undergo a 4 hour online assessment centre with personality, technical questions, hypothetical scenarios and past experiences.
