There was a phone screening and it lasted 30 minutes. It was both an intro to the job and a behavioral interview. A super day followed. It was a few hours and it was great! It made me realize how much the company cares about who they hire.
I applied through a diversity program and completed an initial hirevue where I was asked 2-4 questions. Then I was invited to a Superday in NYC where I completed 2 one-on-one interviews and 1 group interview.
