Briefly met with three people, who I would be closely interacting with if hired. Very unstructured inquiries with one person relaying the company structure and the requirements of the position. Everyone I met in the office was friendly and accommodating. However, they did not delve much into the details of my past work experience. But we had very interesting conversations.

Simple, they were very welcoming and straightforward. I felt comfortable when I got there, but I could tell they wanted someone with more experience than me. It only lasted 30 minutes and they only really wanted to hear me talk about my experiences and asked one behavioral question.

Very straightforward. Told me more about the role. Was looking for someone to start in January, but I don't graduate until June. Said she'd pass my resume along nonetheless (don't think anything will come of it considering they are looking for someone to start ASAP).

What are your greatest strengths? Why are you interested in this position?
Little to no situational questions asked. Very casual interview. Went over past experience and jobs listed on my resume. Phone screening, in-person with manager, and a second in-person with branch leader and manager.
