Lengthy process, first have a recruiter reach out to you to talk for 15 mins, then set up meeting with management team. If management likes you, then will be sent to the advisor director or the advisor themselves. Not sure if all advisors at MS are like this, but had two separate interviews with very rude advisors, both on top 100 list (ego?). The lady was very defensive when asking questions about the team and said the opposite of what her director told me the role would be. The other guy had the nerve to say I was in his “maybe pile”, how encouraging to say to a candidate! Emailed management after both saying that I’m not interested in being associated with either team.

Simple, they were very welcoming and straightforward. I felt comfortable when I got there, but I could tell they wanted someone with more experience than me. It only lasted 30 minutes and they only really wanted to hear me talk about my experiences and asked one behavioral question.

Very straightforward. Told me more about the role. Was looking for someone to start in January, but I don't graduate until June. Said she'd pass my resume along nonetheless (don't think anything will come of it considering they are looking for someone to start ASAP).

Little to no situational questions asked. Very casual interview. Went over past experience and jobs listed on my resume. Phone screening, in-person with manager, and a second in-person with branch leader and manager.
