Colloquio
The company was very professional and friendly with their initial communications. They were adaptive to my schedule and paid attention to any questions I asked. The people I met were very friendly and helpful, and the interviews were not too antagonistic. Some of the questions asked during the interview were kind of difficult, but nothing outside of the scope of knowledge for any individual expecting to interview for sales & trading. Depending on who you got for the interview, some people tried to intimidate you, while others asked technical questions like where the VIX is currently at or give a percentage (increase/decrease) for where the market is heading in 6 months.
The interview process was a great experience overall. I enjoyed the conversation and felt it was a strong opportunity to connect my background to the work Morgan Stanley does. There was a HireVue than one one one.

Tell me about yourself and how you're a good match.
After submitting the application, they provide the online assessment link to all the people, I guess. After taking the assessment, the applicants who are moving on to the next step will have a Zoom interview with HR and a superday (final), respectively.

Mostly about fit questions. Not a single technical question was asked.
Well organised, informational, and transparent process. After test there was a hirevue, then a telephone interview and then the superday, all of which was completed in about one month. I appreciated their speed and for not dragging out the process.
