30 minute phone screen with an ED. 1 technical about how banks raise money. Week later get a super day scheduled. Super day was three half hour one on one interviews with members of the group I was being considered for. No technicals. Super day ended with a group event where 10 other candidates and I performed two group activities while a number of managers and associates from the department watched.

Hirevue interview with three questions. not much preparation time and a couple minutes to answer each question. you get two takes per question, no pausing, and all together takes about 10 minutes.
