There were three rounds of interviews with managers and various team members. They were mostly behavioral (questions about experience and past projects), with some high-level questions about SQL. Overall, a good experience interviewing.

It was the first round, initial phone conversation. I was asked about my background and the work gap I have. That was probably the reason for not getting a callback despite having a refferal.
