First they give you a background check iq test and skills test. AFter passing that with flying colors i went into the interview. It was mroe of a sales interview, i was preapred to talk about me, not about how i would get the clients, and what i would be doing for them. In any case i got a call back the next day saying i dind't have enoug training yet to get the job.
