the interview lasted for around 25 min through a zoom meeting and it was pretty challenging as the interview asked difficult questions only

A phone interview includes basic behavioral questions and tech questions, not difficult. Some in English and some in Chinese. The whole process took about 2 months, in which the compliance process took over 6 weeks.
