I applied through LinkedIn Jobs ad. After only 1 day, a recruiter called me from the company and we went through the typical basic HR questions. I needed to talk in English. After a couple of days, HR called me and organized a technical interview with a team in the company. She could not give me any further instructions. The meeting was a Zoom meeting, only 1 senior member was present. The interview was relatively easy with basic core Java questions, I could answer almost all of them with relative ease. Then I needed to solve a very simple coding task. I felt very confident during the interview and the interviewer said that my coding task was also greatly solved. At the end of the interview he asked me if I am interested in the position, and I said yes. 2 days later I received a standard e-mail from Morgan Stanley that the company is not proceeding with my application. No further feedback was provided.
