Phone screen followed by written exercise. The written exercise consisted of four questions that dealt with investing in a hypothetical company which was to be purchased. Prior to the written assignment I was provided with access to a Mornigstar website, which provided an insight to the company's approach to investing.

Phone screening interview via Zoom. 2 HR people interviewed me and asked basic questions. Right from the first interview, they asked about salary expectations, when to start the job without asking much about my experience. HR department may have scheduled my interview primarily to meet their internal requirement for a minimum number of interviewees, rather than due to genuine interest in my candidacy.
