A form was given to us where they asked us about projects we did in our ongoing PG program and preferences on various technologies/language such as Java,ASP.Net, Quality Testing, Linux, iOS/ Android development.
1st Round:
There were total 4 rounds the last one being the HR round, 1st round was aptitude where there 50 questions on general aptitude, Linux, ASP.Net, Java, Database. 12 out of 20 people including me cleared the first round.
2nd Round:
2nd round was face to face interview in which I was asked basic question on joins etc. and also few questions on my resume.
3rd Round:
I cleared the 2nd round I was called for 3rd round in which again the basic concepts were asked and I answered most of the questions. I was told by the guy who conducted the 3rd round that to be seated we will call you for next round but I was never called nor was informed in the end they just came and said "we are done for the day".
My guess is that after the aptitude test they took the form given initially and our resumes and started judging us maybe on our surnames or just on 1 or 2 "academic" projects we did and made a sequence in which they want to call us for the F2F interviews. The people coming in the end were not selected it was like a first come first serve process. 5 people got selected I was 6th and I was only one who had completed 2 rounds but was not called for HR despite giving answers to most of the questions and being on par with others who got selected.
The way they finished the process was highly disrespectful and unprofessional as there were people who were sitting in anticipation for the whole day and at the end they just said "we are done for the day" and left.I asked the HR before leaving I guess her name is Jui about my last HR round which was remaining but she just said we will announce our results next week.
Although I am happy for my 5 friends who got internship, I had negative experience because knowledge was not the criteria their judgement was based on liking for some resumes was the criteria. If a person has somehow done a academic project for sake of learning that does not mean he/she is an expert in that field after all it is not a professional project.

It was just two interview rounds each with one person and thirty min each. They were conducted over zoom and they only ask behavioral questions only, no technical questions or anything like that
Hice una primera entrevista online con HR. Después hice otra entrevista con el team leader y una entrevista final con dos personas de diferentes equipos. El modelo de entrevista son preguntas STAR (situación, Tarea, Acción y Resultado).
