2. Equity Test: prepare a ten minute stock pitch and then talk about it for an hour.
3. Written Test: two essays.
4. Had to message them a month later to find out the results.

The first telephone interview was quite standard, why do you want to work here, what is your experience etc.
In the equity test, one of the interviewers kept interupting with questions like what do you think is better this or this. When I had clearly stated my opinion in what was said before. It felt, as though those questions were meant to confuse and/or make an interviewee nervous.

Phone screening interview via Zoom. 2 HR people interviewed me and asked basic questions. Right from the first interview, they asked about salary expectations, when to start the job without asking much about my experience. HR department may have scheduled my interview primarily to meet their internal requirement for a minimum number of interviewees, rather than due to genuine interest in my candidacy.

Firstly I received a call from one of the HR from Morning star they asked me about myself. In nxt round they deeply asked about my experience and my internship, and after that the technical round took place.
