The first round was a pre-recorded interview consisting of 3 questions and 60 seconds to answer each.
The second round was a live interview with a recruiter. The interviewer was very friendly. She briefly described her position at Morningstar and then proceeded to ask 2-3 general questions about my prior professional experience. In the end she asked if I had any questions and gave me detailed answers.

It was just two interview rounds each with one person and thirty min each. They were conducted over zoom and they only ask behavioral questions only, no technical questions or anything like that
