The first round was an aptitude test, followed by three rounds of personal interview. The aptitude test was pretty easy. In the interview they asked me a bit of technical knowledge as welll as my past experience. Overall it was a good process but it took a lot of time as it was a walkin.

The Interview process is basic, involves a telephonic round and two technical rounds.one of which was a case study round. A call from the HR to discuss the onboarding process if you've qualified the previous round

Interview process had three rounds. However, since it was during covid times so it was a virtual process. 1st two rounds were mainly on what you have mentioned on your resume. Any projects done during university times would be discussed mostly then moving towards basic accounting knowledge especially ratios.

Interview process has 3 rounds. Intitally asking questions about you, education/qualification, Learnings moving towards the role that you applied for.
Why ESG and moreover the relevance of ESG in todays' time. Some basic ratio formulas (accounting) and difference between independent directors & executive directors.
Main emphasis were on the projects that I did during masters.
