We were fed a nice lunch mid-day and the building was okay, but they were in the process of moving to the new headquarters,

After submitting an application, I quickly received an invitation for a pre-recorded interview. You have about 20 seconds to think of a reply and immediately record a 60-second response to the question. The questions were very broad, like "why should we hire you?" and "why do you like Morningstar?"
