Phone interview, fairly standard, and asked for a lot of questions on personality/fit based. Came in the next day, 1 on 1 interview with manager, very laid back. HR lady came in next, asked standard HR questions extensively. Not seemed to be interested in whether I actually knew about stocks. I got an offer from somewhere else the next day, and respectfully let them know.

Phone screening interview via Zoom. 2 HR people interviewed me and asked basic questions. Right from the first interview, they asked about salary expectations, when to start the job without asking much about my experience. HR department may have scheduled my interview primarily to meet their internal requirement for a minimum number of interviewees, rather than due to genuine interest in my candidacy.
