      Ho presentato la mia candidatura online. La procedura ha richiesto 3 settimane. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso Morningstar nel mese di mag 2022

      The first interview was fine, it was a screening call. Interview #2 was a video call with the manager, normal questions. I did inquire about the salary for the role and it was a bit of a red flag that the manager had no idea, and that would be discussed with HR in the final interview if I went that far. Hm, ok. A bit of a red flag but not a dealbreaker. Interview #3 was a 2-part panel interview with on average 5 different people on each call. I'd say this was overkill and really not a great use of everyone's time . I get everyone has opinions on the candidates but it really felt like you were thrown into the lions den. I passed those and I progressed to the final interview #4 with HR, and all was going great until they asked what my salary expectations were. I suppose this is where it fell apart. Afterward I did not hear back from them whatsoever even after I reached out asking for feedback. Completely ghosted for weeks. A couple of months later I get an email saying I didn't get the position (no surprise, but "thanks"). It left a bad taste in my mouth that they would ask you to commit so much time in the interview process but drop ALL communication after it was apparent there was a misalignment. I'd ask upfront in the beginning what the salary range for the role is to make sure you don't waste your time.
