First was an Aptitude test followed by 2 interviews a week later one with team lead and then with the manager, both interviews were about 10-15 minutes each. Whole process took 2-3 weeks approx.

Basic finance questions like debt to equity ratio, Net Worth, Bonds vs Commercial Paper, Preference vs Equity in first round then second round was mix of technical and behavioural questions like monotonous work, challenges in job etc.
Online Test with MCQ about Finance, English, Quant, Aptitude and a typing test
CIS round: They tell you about the job role
Technical round: They will ask questions about finance and some related to behaviour
