The interview process was quite smooth and it was great interviewing at the company. The process commenced with my CV getting shortlisted, followed by an online assessment test after which there was a Candidate Information Session. Lastly, there were two interview rounds.

Behavioral mixed with industry-specific questions. Each interview lasted for about an hour and was conducted first by junior associates, and then senior associates/the team manager. Took a while to hear a response.

Basics of ESG in the first round, followed by a more in-depth question answer in the subsequent round. And the final round was the HR round who assessed my readiness to accept the job
