Interview process itself was fine, pretty typical. I was told there would be a decision one way or another within a week I would be notified. I've been completely ghosted since. No one has reached out, so my assumption is they went to the other candidate. Seems a bit unprofessional to not at least have the courtesy to speak to the candidate after that person has set aside time to prepare and participate in multiple rounds of interviews.

They follow very stringent interview process. follow interview process for global round too. Need to work to squiz the interview process in at least 10 days time. sometime it takes time to take final call from global team may results in losing candidate interest.
