External recruiter contacted me about the position. After review of CV/screening, my resume was submitted to HR, Shortly contacted by HR who then conducted a Phone screen with direct Manager. General questions about my experience as well as career aspirations were asked, I was then invited to have a face to face interview with HR, direct manager and others
