Referred by a friend. First, get to know an HR person. She was very friendly. It was a 30 min google meet called. Then I was given a technical assessment to complete in my domain. Wasn't very complicated. After this, a technical interview with the Head of Data. Cleared that round as well. The final interview was with CTO. He was again very friendly. Then I got the offer the very next day.
