Interview Process was fairly easy got an offer and accepted regarding integrity assessment I was completely honest but if you’re a teenager I recommend something different was declined day after integrity

Interview went great, was offered the job in the spot. Was sent an email with a possible job offer, accepted it. Was asked to do an assessment said, polygraph, background check and drug test. I did the assignment and was told to be honest and the results would not solely affect my hiring. I got a rejection email the following week. These AI assessments are ridiculous!
