It was easy, though you get a vague description of job duties after they list the actual responsibilities of the position. You'll notice as soon as you begin your first week on the job. The hiring manager really tries to sell the position they need filled. Take it as a grain of salt. Make sure you ask plenty of questions to really know what you're getting yourself into and that's with any job.
