A quick one to one 15 minute conversation about previous roles and question about how you would handle customers on the shop floor. Discussed what a typical day would entail and how you would commute to the workplace.
Straight forward, about 7 questions, interview after applying on form online.
With the hiring manager based across a few stores.

managers were friendly and pretty laid back
Asked a few general questions, not too hard. Have to give examples and they got back to me by the end of the day. Was in an office, one on one interview
