Application form (no need for CV) answering specific questions and education qualifications. 10 minute interview based off of application answers. Very formal, but friendly, atmosphere. Under pressure as you had to 'sell' the interviewer a product within a specified time.
Straight forward, about 7 questions, interview after applying on form online.
With the hiring manager based across a few stores.
In person. Decision found out within the day.
I was given a trial shift after.

Asked a few general questions, not too hard. Have to give examples and they got back to me by the end of the day. Was in an office, one on one interview
