I was recruited at my schools career fair and had the first interview on my campus. I was then chosen for the second round of interviews and flew to the headquarters at no cost to me. The interviews were one day with 3 people individually and there was a group of about 25 prospective hires that went through the process with me.

The interview process consists of 2 rounds. The interviewers were very nice, and the questions were very general. Also, the interviewer will get back to you within 2 weeks. The offer package was very extensive for a new hire.

Tell me a time you struggled during a project and had to overcome it.
The interview was one on one with a project manager. They explained the role that I was applying for, then I talked through my resume and how it was applicable to the position.
Had an interview with a project manager. They are all behavior questions, and the interview process felt like having a conversation rather than being interviewed. Received interesting answers from the project manager about his work at Mortenson.
