I was very hesitant with stepping out of my comfort zone as I had spent my entire career at one company so the thought of leaving was very intimidating and overwhelming. If it weren’t for how great the Human Resources department was with my initial interview I don’t think I would have gotten very far in the process of branching out to new company. They did a great job with scheduling and communicating. My first interview was with the Human Resources Director and a fellow Executive Administrative Assistant. From that initial interview it was apparent that Mortgage Connect is committed to doing their best to make sure the right candidate is hired for the right position. My second interview was with the hiring Executive and that is the interview that sealed the deal for me, after speaking with him I was ready to make the transition to Mortgage Connect and I am extremely happy that I took the leap!
