HR, hiring manager, and in person with about 5-7 people. The in person day was very long, with an interview lunch so no real break. While the team seemed nice, HR was a bit disorganized and never provided any closure to the end of the process. People dedicate a lot of time and energy (child care, time off work, etc) and not to respond or let a candidate know the outcome is not a place i would want to work. An email response takes 20 seconds.
