Applied after writing a thoughtful open ended response to their online application and got the interview. Scheduled my first round and was told that I passed. then radio silence for 2 days. I reached back out the the recruiter and was able to have my next round with the hiring manager. Was told that I had passed onto the case study round. Then radio silence for 2 days. Reached back out and was told I would get the case study that day. I was sent the document the day after that (a friday). I then spent That Friday, the entire weekend, and Monday submitting the case on Tuesday morning. Then radio silence for 1...2...3...4...5...6...7...8 whole days after I had reached out a few times to see if I would be able to present my work. I was then told the case was not good enough and that I was no longer considered for the role.
