Very conversational and focused on getting to know the person instead of focusing just on skills which was refreshing. Looking for a team fit so questions are more focused on who you are as a person.
Pretty fast process. I contacted them through a private recruiter, had one HR interview and then back to back 3 interview in 1.5 hours by manager to partner. Got offer letter after two days
