The interview process was nice. Everybody seemed friendly. Introductory call with HR, hiring manager interview (behavioural), coding session (real task, not leetcode), technical interview. Everything seemed super smooth, passed all the tech parts and behavioural stuff. Until the last part - interview with engineering VP or CTO, which was cringe. Out of 30 mins - 10 was bad connection (not from my side) and then a few standard questions, accompanied by bad connection as well. After that I got rejected, because I couldn't handle low pressure scenarios and was not product oriented. It was impossible to get from that short and very strange interview. Very disappointed that I passed all the difficult interviews and was rejected on a random matter.
