I was already employed at the parent company Motiv divested from, I moved from my previous role to Motiv as part of that transition/ Motiv's founding, as such this wasn't a traditional interview and we moved directly to the offer phase of the process.

As I was already employed by Motiv's parent company at the time Motiv was founded, no questions were asked. I was transitioned to Motiv and my first interaction with Motiv was their offer letter.
