I had an initial interview with the hiring manager and several member of her team. Then I was brought in for a 2nd interview with the direct leader of the team for a one-on-one interview It was a very conversational interview and they told me a lot about what they did within the team. Each person went around the room and talked about their particular job function and I how interact with them if I were to get the job.
