After submitting the online application, waiting for their reply, which takes up to 3 weeks. Then I received an interview invitation, followed by a research ability and report writing test in the week after.

Colloquio
Twee interviews: eerst een kennismaking met de teamleider en HR. Vervolgens een kennismaking met een paar teamleden incl. een case. De case sloot goed aan bij het werk. Het was wel een uitdaging, maar lukte goed. Ik heb een goede indruk gekregen van het team en van het werk, wat grotendeels overeenkomt met de realiteit.
