I applied online. I interviewed at KeepTruckin (Islamabad,PK) in November 2017. A guy named Alfred was one of the members who took my interview. Before my interview a girl was sitting next to me in the waiting room and even before the start of the interview this guy Alfred was chatting with her all the time and were saying out loud that " Don't worry you'll get appointed because i'm taking the Interviews and i'll highly recommend you" and it only took 5 minutes for her to get rid of that interview and on the other hand they have took about 25-27 minutes in my interview.
When the girl walked out of the interview room she was all smiling and was so confident that when her friend ask her " How did it go?" She smiled and replied" They just had a regular conversation with me and one of them asked if we all sent you a friend Request on Facebook whose request are you going to accept first." And then that Alfred guy walked out of that room and exchanged number with her and tell her that he is going to give her the good news in a bit.
This is totally bias and not a professional attitude and i'll ask the higher authorities to look into that matter because this simply does not leave a good impression of the company and discouragement for the personals who are willing to be a part of such high organization. Regards
