Telephone Interview. Issue was brisk and seemed annoyed to speak with me. Despite very obvious skills match, I was not offered an in person review.
I wasad told I'd hear within 48 hours, but it took a wk to contact me.

People are personable but if you get dropped from the interview process for reasons not related to your performance (job filled by other candidate ahead in the process) you'll be basically blacklisted even if well qualified. Very very shortsighted. Looks like they've hired bright hire as well now so that will make the interview process demonstrably worse.

Interviewers are professional and personable. They try to get to know you and give useful feedbacks. Three rounds of interview -HR screening, Hiring Manager, Panel Interview with two hiring managers
Very typical sales interview. Talk about your results and show them you are competent on the phone.
My interviewer was very unenthused, she looked like she didn't want to be there from the start.
