Number 1: They don't ask you what time you are available for the interview. Just send an email that the interview is at this time. You figure it out.
They are not open to diverse talent. Interviewer did not give a very positive outlook for the company. Helping me better understand why they have such a high turnover.
The first interview was with HR which allowed you to express yourself and ask questions to better understand your skillset. The interviewer in the next round was very aggressive and dismissive about what value you could provide.
It was a good, smooth and structured interview by a panel of interviewers. The process was professional. Good team with accommodating HR process. Got the offer and accepted. However, salary negotiation and
Forward career path was something requiring more insight and clarity.

Multiple rounds, including case study. Their recruiters are horrible though - unresponsive and rude - and they have shady recruitment policies (e.g. they refuse to share anything about the company when you're evaluating an offer)
